*Reason For Cancellation:
Return Procedures  
1.  Once requested, the RGA can take up to two weeks to process.
2.  You will be emailed RGA along with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
3.  We will assist you in arranging the return, but you must take the necessary action to return the item(s) within 7 days. Failure to return the item(s) within 7 days will result in a loss of credit, or in the case of a return for defective / wrong item(s), a charge for the item(s) that was to be returned.
Return Policies  
To return or exchange merchandise, you must request a Return Authorization number (RGA#) by using this form. We will process your request with the manufacturer, which may take up to two weeks. Once processed and authorized, the returns department will email you instructions on how to return/exchange the item.(s)
 
1.  Defective or damaged merchandise will not incur restocking fee or freight charge.
2.  Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the date you received it.
3.  A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the freight charge.
4.  There are no returns accepted from the following manufacturers listed here.
5.  Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for any item that has been installed or removed from the manufacturer packaging.
6.  Custom ordered products or finishes are not returnable.
7.  If you are returning a defective or damaged item(s) for replacement, credit will be issued once the item(s) is received and inspected.
